Our company specializes in the curing and sales of 40# Cheddar Blocks ranging from Mild to Extra Sharp for use in Cut & Wrap, Shredding, Blending & Processing and as an Ingredient.  We also can provide Swiss, Hard Italian, and other American Styles including 640’s, bandaged styles, or processing solids in truckload to pallet quantities.

If required, a set-aside program can be structured to meet your company’s specific needs.

Product grading and evaluation is also available on a regular or spot basis.
